Whether you have a single Bachelor suite or 80 unit apartment building, we provide all inclusive management at 7%, including your owner’s $5M condominium insurance.

Freehold (Houses)

7% Management Fee, including 24/7 customer care and 3 yearly property inspections.


5% Management Fee, services required will be discussed and based on the existing lease.

Up until the end of 2018, Almega focused on managing its own assets and those of a select group of private investors.

In 2019, Almega Property Management was launched with the mandate to offer industry-leading property management services to investors across the GTA for an all-inclusive 7% monthly fee.


We could not find a property management company that met our expectations, so we launched our own.


Almega Capital was Formed

Almega is founded in 2011 by CEO, Basem Hanna. Almega Capital began as a 1-man operation managing its own multi-residential investment properties on behalf of several limited partners.
